The hotel's rooms were below average as they smelled like smoke and mold, but for me, they were very clean and very comfortable. The service was very helpful overall, despite encountering a major water leak late in the evening. The location was perfect, near various attractions and restaurants. The dining experience was good with fresh options. The facilities were well-equipped and functional.

The hotel has a good location close to the night market and various restaurants, malls, and coffee shops. The rooms show signs of wear and tear but are still usable, although a bit dated. The service was lacking, with staff being pushy about minor issues like a small cup of coffee. The dining options were average, catering more towards Asian tastes. The facilities are decent overall.
